While we are first and foremost whiskey makers, we also believe that an educated customer will better appreciate what makes our whiskey different—and we enjoy sharing the wider world of whiskey, which is historical, agricultural, political, and gastronomical.

We offer a number of classes, off-site tastings, and private tours that can be custom-tailored to birthdays, corporate retreats, and bachelor and bachelorette outings.  The distillery occupies the historic Paymaster Building, a turn-of-the-century former bank featuring architectural details like exposed brick, arched windows, and decorative columns. The tasting room and barrel rooms, upstairs, hold as many as 75 guests for standing cocktail parties. The Gatehouses, adjacent to the distillery, can hold 80 outside, and 50 inside and are suited to various smaller event configurations.

We can provide a dedicated whiskey specialist to host tastings offsite. Guests will be invited to sample flights of Kings County’s whiskeys (or can recommend other great whiskies and other craft spirits to be poured by a licensed caterer).  Our bottles can also be purchased for use in guest gift bags.

Commercial photography rates are available on request.
