Blended Bourbon
Rarely associated with American distillers, blended whiskey usually calls to mind light-style, crowd-pleasing scotch or Canadian whiskies. While aiming to innovate within that tradition, we set about exploring an American analog to those reliable and versatile spirits. Our Blended Bourbon is a whiskey for nearly every occasion: complex enough for sipping, robust enough for cocktails and highballs, yet approachable enough to accompany a cold beer. While many blended whiskeys dilute straight whiskeys with neutral spirits, ours are always blended from mature bourbon, rye, malt, and corn whiskeys made in house, with the details of each blend posted on our website. With a flavor profile between pot still Irish whiskey and traditional bourbon, this bottle speaks to its New York City roots and looks to the future of American whiskey.

Traditional Techniques
Kings County embraces a variety of whiskey cultures and blends them into creative, distinctive whiskeys. We distill for quality over yield using true pot stills manufacturer in Scotland (Forsyths) and Kentucky (Vendome).
Transparent Blends
Each batch of the blended bourbon will contain a unique combination of aged whiskeys from our inventory. These blend mixes — which list the contributing percentages of each spirit type, along with their respective age and barrel format — can be found here. The blends consist of various mashbills from throughout our warehouse. Within those mashbills, you will find one of four grains: NY corn, NY rye, UK malted Golden Promise Barley, and Scottish peated Chariot Malt.
